A school celebrated the end of another year with a production of Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat.

The performance by Edge Grove School, in Radlett, ran across two evenings and involved the whole school, including children from Years 6 to 8 singing throughout the show.

From acting to casting, scenery to props, everyone at the school had a role to play in the production.

Head teacher Ben Evans said: “I have to congratulate the cast of Joseph who’s acting and singing was impeccable from start to finish.

“It was one of the best performances I have seen over my twenty years of watching school productions.

“I’m constantly amazed by the talent and enthusiasm of our pupils and the way in which they act, sing and dance with enjoyment, confidence and panache.

“As with any production, it’s a team effort combining the skills and hard work of the children, staff and teachers, so I thank them all for what was a truly memorable production, it has left us uplifted and ready for a great summer break.”
