An elderly man has been missing from his home since Friday.
Terry Dunne, 81, from Brook Road in Borehamwood was last seen at his home at around 10.30pm on Friday June 24.
He is a vulnerable man and it is believed he has been without his medication for some time.
He is white, 6ft 1in tall, broad and balding grey hair at the back of his head.
Police investigation Borehamwood Brook in an attempt to find Mr Dunne.
Officers confirmed Mr Dunne was not found in the brook and are still appealing for information.
Chief Inspector for Hertsmere, Steve O’Keeffe, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Terry’s welfare.
"Whilst we have specialist officers carrying out searches for him I would ask for help from the public as well."
Anyone who sees Mr Dune should contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on 101.
