A new acoustic music night will be held in Shenley on Sunday.

Musicians and guests are welcome to King William IV pub, London Road, Shenley from 7.30pm, for a night of impromptu performances.

The organiser, Nick Male, of 36 Melrose Avenue, Borehamwood, is also behind the regular acoustic night at The Cat & Fiddle, Radlett, on the second Wednesday of every month.

Nick confirmed that members of Hertsmere Acoustic Music club will be performing on Sunday, with plenty of slots up for grabs for walk-ins on the night.

He said: “It is the first time we have run this event, but we do hope it will become a regular night.”

There will be a free finger buffet accompanying the soothing sounds.
